Job summary

A leading restaurant in the Golden Horseshoe area is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee kitchen staff and ensure quality food service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in food preparation, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety. This permanent position offers 30 to 44 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years to less than 3 years experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

  • Experience : 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
