Join us as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks in Store# 54396, AVENUE & LAWRENCE.

Position Overview

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. You will lead the team to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will model Starbucks' guiding principles and be part of a company recognized as a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Evaluate customer and store needs proactively.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and support store management.
  • Assist in training new partners and providing performance feedback.

  • Manage store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.

  • Ensure proper cash management and register policies are adhered to.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to standards.
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.
  • Utilize operational tools to achieve excellence during shifts.

Experience & Skills

  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
