Job summary

Boston Pizza Goderich is hiring for a full-time, permanent role at our Goderich location. You will work on-site across multiple shifts including early morning, day, evening and weekends. The position requires 1–2 years of food service experience and a secondary school diploma.

Training and safety are emphasized, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. We offer stable hours (35–40 per week) and a friendly, fast-paced environment at 490 Huron Rd, Goderich, ON.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in food service.
  • Secondary school graduation certificate required.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Wamiliar with customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.

Salary: 19.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week
