Job summary

Big Mama's Donair in Fort St. John, BC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to manage daily kitchen and front-of-house operations on site.

The role requires 1 year to 2 years of experience in food service, a secondary school certificate, and the ability to supervise a small team. You will plan schedules, order supplies, train staff, ensure food quality and safety, and address customer concerns while working mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
