A&W in Campbell River, BC, is seeking 6 full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisors to start immediately at our Merecroft Village and Discovery Harbour locations. The successful candidates will work across both sites based on operational needs.

Position Details

Job Duties

1. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule staff activities related to food preparation and service
2. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
3. Establish work schedules and ensure procedures are followed
4. Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage
5. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
6. Ensure food and service meet quality and brand standards
7. Manage cash, opening, and closing procedures accurately
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
9. Maintain positive team relationships
