Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and support the daily activities of food service staff.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to company quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and operational requirements.
• Train new employees in job duties, customer service standards, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Estimate and order ingredients, food products, and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Assist in inventory control by maintaining accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
• Prepare operational reports and assist management with budgeting and cost control initiatives.
