Dexterra Group in Mississauga is seeking a Retail Supervisor to organize, plan, and direct daily food service operations under the Food Service Director. You will manage ordering, budgets, and staff, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The role emphasizes client and customer service, cost control, training, scheduling, and engaging with suppliers to resolve issues and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Two-five years of related food service experience.
• Allergen Safe and Food Safe certified.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Able to manage staff and budgets.
• Ability to lead projects and oversee operations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Meet client and customer needs within budget and company policies.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Create and implement food preparation schedules and workflows.
• Coordinate logistics and daily operations, ensuring timely prep and waste management.
• Respond promptly to customer and client concerns and requests.
• Support cost-saving measures and budgeting discussions with the Food Service Director.
