Job summary

Longo is seeking a Food Services Department Manager for a full-time role in Toronto. The incumbent will lead the Food Service department, ensuring readiness for daily operations and Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.

The successful candidate will hire, mentor and coach team members, uphold safety and merchandising standards, manage inventory and financial objectives, and respond quickly to local market conditions. Availability includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-years experience in a food services department with Management experience and product knowledge.
• Thorough understanding of financials with a proven track record of delivering on financial targets.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Understanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, Food Safety and Loss Prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Team Member and customer issues as they arise.
