Job summary

Green Acres Foundation is seeking a dynamic, customer-service oriented Food Server to join the Seniors' Living Facility in Lethbridge. You will support dining operations, assist cooks, serve meals, and help maintain a clean dining environment with confidentiality and tact.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, works well in a team, and brings flexibility and a positive attitude. Food Safe, First Aid, and WHMIS are assets.

Qualifications

• Criminal Record Check within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken).
• A flexible, willing, and positive attitude.
• Food Safe Certification, First Aid Certification and WHMIS training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the dining room for meal service and setting tables.

Green Acres Foundation is seeking a dynamic multi-tasker, with a strong customer service skills to work the position of Food Services in Lethbridge.

The ideal candidate should be a team-oriented person who has a flexible, willing, and positive attitude.

Our Food Service staff are responsible for the following:

• Preparing the dining room for meal service and setting tables
• Assisting cooks with kitchen duties and food preparation
• Serving meals
• Cleaning duties, including cleaning the dining room after each meal
• Washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
• Assisting residents with medications
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Current satisfactory Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
• A flexible, willing, and positive attitude

Food Safe Certification, First Aid Certification and WHMIS Training is an asset.
