DUTIES

1. Consistently deliver excellence in service, product presentation, and venue image.
2. Deliver, maintain, and exceed customer service quality standards as established by the F&B Department.
3. Food Runner - Deliver food to customers while ensuring they receive the correct order.
4. Busser – Assist the servers with clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables.
5. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may compromise or be damaging to positive customer relations.
6. Advise Supervisor of any occurrences which may impede operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of service experience in hotel/restaurant dining room/lounge.
• Basic food, wine, and liquor knowledge.
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends.
