Job summary

Shearer’s Foods is seeking a Commercialization Manager in Mississauga, Ontario to lead the execution of new product launches and reformulations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a Food Science, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
5 years of experience in Commercialization, Product Development or Technical Project Management in CPG or food manufacturing.
Ability to manage internal and external customers and adapt to change.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional commercialization teams for new product launches and reformulations.
Coordinate with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and Supply Chain to gather required data.
Ensure gate documentation is accurate, approved, and archived in the product lifecycle system.
Provide KPI reporting on project status, gate adherence, and cycle time metrics.
Drive standardization of commercialization tools, templates and playbooks.
