HelloFresh Canada is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Canadian New Ingredients to own the commercial and operational journey from supplier outreach to a live SKU in our boxes. You’ll partner with product, FSQA, procurement, and marketing to move innovation ingredients quickly without compromising quality.

You’ll manage supplier negotiations, onboarding, and SKU approvals, balancing timelines with cross-functional teams while upholding food-safety standards and scalable processes in a flexible

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ingredient sourcing, procurement or food innovation with supplier relations.
• Strong commercial acumen across pricing, contracts, volumes and partnerships.
• End-to-end onboarding of new ingredients coordinating FSQA, Procurement and Marketing.
• Knowledge of SQF/HACCP or equivalent food safety frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential new suppliers for innovation ingredients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volume commitments and exclusivity.
• Own onboarding from brief to SKU onboarding and post-launch review.
• Coordinate cross-functional approvals with Procurement, FSQA and Operations.
• Track performance post-launch and drive improvements.
