Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead operations across restaurant, bar service, in-room dining, Regency Club and Starbucks. You will oversee daily F&B functions, coach the team and ensure guest service excellence.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years as an F&B Outlet Supervisor and 1 year in events/banquet supervision, plus valid ProServe and Food Safe certificates. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Food and Beverage Events/Banquet Supervisor experience.
• Valid Proserve and Food Safe certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support food and beverage operations across restaurant, bar service, in-room dining, Regency Club, and Starbucks.
• Knowledge of banquet and events operations, including preparation, set up and organization of meeting and event spaces.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of all F.B Outlets, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining operational efficiency. Supervise, Empower, Coach, Motivate and develop the Food and Beverage team to achieve performance and service excellence.
• Assist with administrative functions including report generation, F.B ordering, colleague scheduling, payroll processing, forecasting, point of sales procedures and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments and delegate responsibilities to support smooth hotel operations.
• Work a variety of shifts as business needs require, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry a moderate amount of weight
• Valid work authorization for Canada.

What is expected of me in this role?
