Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Sept-Îles, QC, is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day food service activities at an on-site location. You will manage staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 3+ years in food service, a college-level credential, and certificates in food safety and beverage service. You will train staff, handle customer complaints, and help control costs while maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate is required.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certificate is required.
• Experience in supervising staff in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.

• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Hire food service staff.

• Prepare food order summaries for chef.
