Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty foods at customers' tables.

• Describe menu items and daily specials to customers.
• Advise on menu selection.
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
