Canada’s Wonderland is hiring for a food service role at the park in Vaughan. The position involves cooking, preparing and serving food, following food safety standards, and assisting guests with questions about the location and park.

Perks include free park admission, merchandise discounts, and staff events. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 30 lbs; flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Interest in food preparation and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prepare food items according to cooking instructions at assigned location.
• Ensure all menu items are prepared as per 'Picture Perfect' system.
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with health regulations.
• Follow cleaning and sanitation practices for surfaces and equipment.
• Interact with guests and address questions and concerns regarding the location/park.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.

• Cook and prepare food items according to cooking instructions at assigned location
• Ensure all menu items are prepared as per “Picture Perfect” system
• Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario health regulations and department specifications
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
• Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications and department safety policies
• Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
• Assist in any other duties assigned
