Job summary

Canada's Wonderland is hiring team members to provide guests with exceptional service at the park. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure food readiness in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety standards. Applicants must be at least 15 years old.

POS experience is a plus, and flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings is required. Compensation is $17.95 per hour, with 15–17 year olds earning $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interaction with guests across diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced park environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive tone and provide friendly service.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness in line with regulations and standards.
• Ensure menu items and supplies are available and prepared as required.
• Assist team with bussing and table maintenance as needed.
• Support guests with questions and locate attractions or services.

This is a vacant position. 15-17 earns $16.90 / hour. Candidates must be a minimum age of 15.

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a positive and genuine tone
• Satisfy Canada's Wonderland standards for performance and conduct
• Enter guests' orders accurately into the POS system and complete debit and credit transactions ensuring all policies are followed
• Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
• Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications
• Assist bussers with table clearing, cleaning and setting as required
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
• Operate equipment according to manufacturer's specifications and department safety policies
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Applicants that are at minimum 15 years of age
• Experience with POS system is an asset
• Applicants that are guest service oriented
• Excellent communication skills with an interest in working with food
• Applicants with the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 30 lbs
• Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends and evenings.
