Job summary

Canada's Wonderland is hiring to provide guests with exceptional service at the park. You will serve alcoholic beverages, assist with food service, follow health and safety standards, and help maintain clean, well-run dining areas.

Applicants must be 18+ and legally authorized to work, with availability for various shifts. The role includes perks like free park admission, merchandise discounts, and team events with rides and food.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Smart Serve certification (or willingness to get certified).
• Customer service minded with a focus on helping others.
• Courteous with good judgment and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Passion for Canada's Wonderland.
• Availability for flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Job description

Overview

$17.95 / hour

18+ earns $17.95 / hour plus tips. Must be a minimum age of 18 years.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work 40 hours per week

Joining our Canada's Wonderland team means you'll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

You'll also…

• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests while providing exceptional guest service
• Enforce all Department policies
• Ensure all menu items and food supplies are available
• Receive/store/prepare/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations, department specifications and the Liquor Control Board
• Address any guest questions and concerns regarding the location/park
• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation practices for food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment
• Operate equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Assist the food service associates and bussers with service, table clearing/setting, and cleaning on a regular basis
• Assist in other duties as assigned
