Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Ongoing awareness and responsiveness to guest service.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service team in the front of house area of Real Sports Bar & Grill.
• Supervise, train, develop, and motivate the supervisory and front of house service teams.
• Ensure compliance with all related regulations such as Health & Safety.

Skills

Leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or bar

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Proactive problem-solving

Confident user of MS Office and inventory systems

Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business or Hospitality
