Job summary

MOXIES is seeking a talented leader to join our Leadership Team across our growing Canadian and U.S. restaurants.

You will guide front-of-house and back-of-house operations, mentor supervisors, and help shape a memorable guest experience with a focus on development and succession planning. As part of our expansion, you will collaborate with senior leaders, participate in interviews and onboarding, and lead initiatives to drive sales and profitability while upholding our standards of hospitality

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Proven leadership skills: motivate others to be their best.
• Energetic and positive, with strong communication.
• Drive for continuous improvement and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Role modelling hospitality to guests and team members.
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional level.
• Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability.
• Assist in hiring: interviewing, onboarding and training for multiple positions.
• Develop Supervisors and oversee front-of-house leader areas.
• Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure success.
