Job summary

Colter Energy Inc. is seeking Flowback Day Supervisors for Alberta-based field operations, supervising well testing crews across Alberta and Northern British Columbia. Work away from home for extended periods with travel to multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have significant well testing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage field crews while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in well testing.
• First aid and safety certifications (H2S Alive, CSO) required.
• Reside in Alberta and report to Grande Prairie or Red Deer.
• Truck and full set of tools required for field work.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol screens apply.
• Ability to work away from home with long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Flowback/field testing crews across AB and BC sites.
• Coordinate daily operations and safety compliance on-site.
• Report to site supervisors and communicate with base daily.
