• Merchandise floral displays according to seasonal promotions and company standards.
• Price and label floral products accurately.
• Keep the floral department clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system when required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily sales and customer service goals.
• Represent Food World Plus professionally and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Florist or in a floral retail environment is preferred.

Knowledge of fresh flowers, plants, floral care, and arrangement techniques.

Creative eye for design, colour, and presentation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
