Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Winnipeg to support the Merchandising Team Leader by executing Floorsets, updates, and replenishment to keep the store aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, maintain guest-ready presentation, drive sell-through, and celebrate wins with the team while upholding safety and shrink-reduction practices. This role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

Experience in retail merchandising and visual standards.
Proven ability to train and coach floorset teams.
Able to manage replenishment and sell-through.
Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

You drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
You ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards through merchandising updates and replenishment.
You support guest experience by maintaining visually appealing, guest-ready displays.
You uphold store safety standards and shrink-reduction practices on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
You collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and execute action plans.
