Zusammenfassung

Floor Coverings International of Kitchener-Waterloo & Ontario is looking for a local canvasser to set more appointments and promote our shop-at-home model. You’ll be frequenting neighbourhoods, engaging customers at doors, and working closely with the owner to maximize leads.

The role requires evenings and weekends, and offers paid per appointment or hourly compensation. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly organized, and strong communicators who enjoy independent work and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with the owner to canvass specific neighbourhoods within a defined time-frame.

• Possibly grow into leading a canvassing team in the future.
• Create a pitch with the owner to maximize appointment leads.
• Coordinate with staff to schedule appointments and follow company protocols.
• Rep the company to build local trust and community presence.

Canvasser Key Responsibilities:

• Work close with the owner to canvass specific neighbourhoods over a specific time-frame
• Outgoing individual, great communicator and great ability talking to people at the door
• Work well alone, with potential growth to lead a canvassing team down the line
• Create and work on a pitch with the owner, to maximize appointment leads
• Follow our policies and protocols with customers and staff
• Introduce the company to potential customers and sell the value of the company
• Coordinate appointment times and communicate with staff to set the appointments
• Ability to walk for multiple hours a day outside
• Be able to engage with the community and push our local business feel to them
• Be open to being told no and moving on to the next door with a fresh attitude

Pay:

We will be paying you $100 per appointment booked successfully, or $20 per hour worked, whichever one exceeds the other per pay period. (We offer free quotes/appointments for customers)
