Role requires walking, driving, and using a smartphone for data collection, with competitive training and support from leadership. AI-assisted screening is used in recruitment.

Door-to-Door Canvasser | FT Contract | Cambridge, ON & Surrounding Areas

*This is a 15-week contract beginning July 7th, 2026 and ending the week of: October 12th, 2026*

Though this is a contract role, successful employees may be offered an opportunity for extension or transfer to another program at the end of the contract.

We're looking for enthusiastic Door-to-Door Canvassers who will approach and engage potential voters in the area of Cambridge, ON. This is frontline, physically active work. You'll be on your feet, walking the neighborhood, working outdoors in all-weather conditions, and using your personal vehicle to travel between assigned areas. We're looking for people who are comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to doing the work properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• You are a conservative voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations
• Full-Time Availability:Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)
• Comfortable with standing, walking, being on your feet for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone required for field data collection
