Advanced Medical Solutions in Yellowknife, NT is seeking an experienced Air Ambulance Nurse to join our elite crew. You will deliver advanced pre-hospital and interfacility critical care, and you will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and pilots to coordinate high-stakes patient transports.

The role requires Canada-licensed RN status, 3+ years in emergency or ICU settings, and relevant certifications (CPR/ACLS/ITLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE).

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in Canada.
• Minimum 3 years in emergency, flight, or ICU settings.
• CPR/ACLS/ITLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE certifications required; instructor status a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced patient care in trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and obstetric emergencies.
• Perform aeromedical evacuations and stabilize patients for transport.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment for readiness.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, dispatch, and aircrew.
