Job summary

A leading aviation company in Cambridge is seeking an Entry-level Dispatch Team member to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced aviation environment. This role requires 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or aviation operations, strong problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Role Description
Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality
  • Ensure each client’s journey is effortless and personalized, catering to their needs with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Anticipate and accommodate special requests, providing bespoke solutions that enhance their travel experience.
Go Above & Beyond in Service
  • Offer tailored recommendations, from luxury ground transportation to gourmet in-flight catering, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients’ expectations.
  • Collaborate with pilots, crew, and service vendors to provide seamless, first‑class experiences from departure to arrival.
Master the Art of Precision & Coordination
  • Proactively address potential travel challenges, ensuring smooth operations with minimal disruptions.
  • Monitor flights in real time, maintaining clear and timely communication with clients, flight crews, and operational teams.
  • Support pilots with pre‑flight preparations, securing necessary approvals and coordinating logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
Build Trust Through Transparency & Expertise
  • Communicate flight details clearly and professionally, setting expectations while maintaining a client‑first approach.
  • Keep detailed records of flight plans, journey logs, and trip itineraries, ensuring compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or aviation operations.
  • A genuine commitment to elevating the client experience with thoughtful service.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, anticipating challenges and finding proactive solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in flight operations and client preferences.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination abilities, creating seamless experiences for clients and crew.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing safety, service excellence, and operational needs.
  • Familiarity with business aviation, airport operations, and time zone differences is an asset.
Hours of Work
  • Rotational shifts in a schedule, including mornings, afternoons, nights, weekend and holidays.
