Job summary

Nolinor Aviation in Edmonton (YEG) seeks a flexible, on-call crew member with a passion for customer service and safety. You will fly to unique destinations and support exclusive itineraries, working two availabilities per week per needs.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must hold a valid Canadian passport and driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of French (an asset).
  • Must be available for a 6-week intensive training.
  • Must agree to a criminal background check.
  • Must be mobile to commute to the Edmonton base.
  • Must have relevant experience in the field of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Apply Cabin Safety Procedures and safety protocols.
  • Provide in-flight service and address passenger needs.
  • Manage in-flight emergencies including evacuations and first aid.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff and ensure passenger understanding.
  • Maintain vigilance to detect anomalies or security issues.
  • Execute emergency evacuation procedures as needed.
  • Respond to passenger requests for in-flight services, meals, and special needs.
  • Complete flight and incident reports and forward to Flight Attendant Liaison.

You will fly to undiscovered destinations and participate in original itineraries while providing exclusive services.

An ideal position for individuals looking to make the most of their availability and contribute to a dynamic team, with a casual on-call schedule requiring two availabilities per week, Monday to Friday, based on operational needs.

  • Application of Cabin Safety Procedures: Ensure passenger safety by strictly following safety instructions and emergency protocols.
  • In-Flight Service: Provide quality service to passengers by addressing their needs and ensuring their comfort throughout the flight.
  • Emergency Situation Management: Be trained to effectively handle emergency situations in-flight, including evacuations, first aid, and coordination of emergency procedures.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations for passengers before each takeoff and ensure all instructions are understood.
  • Maintain constant vigilance during the flight to detect any anomalies or situations requiring security intervention.
  • Execute emergency evacuation procedures and assist passengers during onboard incidents, following company protocols.
  • Respond to passenger needs for in-flight services, including meal distribution and support for passengers with special requirements.
  • Complete flight and incident reports after each mission, documenting all important observations and forwarding them to the Flight Attendant Liaison.
