Ideal candidates will be at least 18, possess a Canadian passport and driver's license, and demonstrate strong English skills with French being a plus. Training is required, and a background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid Canadian passport and driver's license.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of French (an asset).
• Must be available for a 6-week intensive training program.
• Must agree to a criminal background check.
• Must be mobile to commute to the Edmonton base.
• Must have relevant experience in the field of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Service, and Adventure: Ensure passenger safety and comfort while exploring routes off the beaten path.
• Apply Cabin Safety Procedures – follow safety instructions and emergency protocols.
• Provide in-flight service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Manage emergency situations in-flight, including evacuations and first aid.
• Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff and maintain vigilance during flight.
• Assist passengers with in-flight services, including meals and special requirements.
• Complete flight and incident reports after each mission and forward to the Flight Attendant Liaison.
