Job description

Take Your Cabin Career to New Heights with NovaJet – Mississauga Base. NovaJet isn't just another charter airline. We're a Canadian leader in aircraft management, charter services, and maintenance, operating from coast to coast—Toronto, Windsor, Kitchener, Barrie, Halifax, Gander, St. John's, and Saint John. Our national footprint and integrated model mean we offer the kind of operational depth and support that aviation professionals truly appreciate. Simply put, we help our teams succeed at delivering safe, welcoming experiences for every client. We're growing our Toronto person base and will be conducting Flight Attendant interviews in Mississauga. If you're someone who takes pride in exceptional service, works well under pressure, and wants to be part of a team guided by Quality, Safety, Respect, Commitment, and Efficiency, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Be Doing Onboard.
  • Planning inflight service and catering based on specific client requests—no two trips are the same.
  • Greeting passengers warmly and helping them settle in with their personal belongings.
  • Providing clear, confident briefings on safety equipment so clients feel secure and informed.
  • Being prepared to administer basic first aid, CPR, or use an AED when needed.
  • Checking that all cabin service supplies are sufficient for the duration of every flight.
  • Storing, preparing, and serving food for both passengers and crew.
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and restocking the cabin, galley, and lavatories after each leg—keeping everything spotless and ready for the next journey.
  • Communicating any cabin defects promptly to the Pilot in Command.
What We're Looking For.
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Flight Attendant or within the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass).
  • A satisfactory criminal record check.
  • A Canadian Passport or Permanent Resident Card.
  • Strong assets: An aviation or hospitality management diploma or degree.
  • Deeply customer service‑oriented—you genuinely enjoy making people feel cared for.
  • Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
  • Flexible and ready to work a varied schedule, as charter operations rarely follow a nine‑to‑five rhythm.
