Qualifications

• RNs and RPNs provide wound care and assessments per CNO scope.
• Must be registered with the CNO.
• LTC experience is an asset.
• Must have access to own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the healthcare team and provide resident care across facilities.
• Perform wound care and assessments per residents’ needs.
• Support from Plan A team and participate in site orientations.
