Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position driver to ensure timely delivery on predetermined routes, review orders, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves loading/unloading the vehicle and complying with safety and training requirements. Flex/casual shifts are available based on business needs.

Candidate must have a valid Class 5/G license; bilingualism may apply in certain provinces. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred, with a learning period of about 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/educational equivalent.
• Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
• In the province of Quebec, bilingual (French and English) required.
• One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred
• 3 months learn/adjust period.

Responsibilities

• Review orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Load and unload vehicle and prepare for delivery.
• Deliver to predetermined customers on specified routes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to FedEx Canada client base.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in daily driver duties.
