Job summary

FedEx is hiring a Flex Driver in Woodbridge, ON to deliver packages on predetermined routes with flexible shift opportunities based on business requirements. This part-time casual role focuses on timely deliveries, loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety and FedEx Canada standards.

Training will take about 3 months to learn and adjust to the job. Applicants must have a high school diploma, valid G licence, a clean driving record, the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalence required.
• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence required.
• Clean driving record — two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• One year of customer-oriented experience preferred.
• Bilingual (French and English) required if residing in Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes in a timely manner
• Review orders prior to delivery to ensure accuracy
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to FedEx's client base
• Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and re-currency training
• Maintain compliance with FedEx Canada operational standards
