Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in London, Ontario is seeking a caring Personal Support Worker to join our casual pool. You will provide personal care per the care plan, support daily living activities, and help maintain clients’ comfort and safety in their homes.

Shifts include early mornings and weekday/weekend rotations, with travel to client homes across London and surrounding areas. You will document observations on Samsung/Android devices and communicate with supervising clinicians.

Qualifications

• PSW diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per the care plan to meet emotional, physical and safety needs.
• Document client conditions using Samsung/Android devices and report changes.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and confidentiality.
• Support clients with daily living activities and mobility.
