Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance is seeking a cashier supervisor in Magog, QC. Qualifications

• Minimum cashier experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and readiness for advancement.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as supervisor or department manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cashier department activities in collaboration with the Department Manager.
• Manage purchases, inventories, PLU price lists and sales per hour per person.
• Train, evaluate and motivate team members; handle cash register tasks including deposits and reconciliations.
