Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Bromont, QC is seeking a cashier supervisor to lead daily operations in the store. You will oversee cashier teams, coordinate purchases and inventories, ensure PLU pricing accuracy, and maintain sales performance targets with the Department Manager.

You will train and motivate staff, manage cash register processes, deposits, and controls, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications
