Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring a Flex Driver in Burnaby, BC on a part-time, casual basis to deliver packages on predefined routes. Responsibilities include timely delivery, reviewing orders, loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service.

Flexible shifts will be determined by business needs and training will be provided. Required are a high school diploma, valid G licence, clean driving record, ability to lift 70 lbs, and strong communication skills; one year of customer-facing experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence.
• Driving record with two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• One year customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
• In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English).

Flexible shift opportunities available. Minimum and maximum hours and days of work will be determined based on business requirements.
