Kaizen Lab Inc. in Elora, Ontario, is looking for a Material Services Associate / Forklift Operator to join their team. This role offers a unique shift selection program allowing associates to choose their shifts through an app based on staffing needs.

Candidates should have forklift experience and be comfortable using computers, with some training provided on-site. This position requires lifting up to 40lbs regularly, working up to 32 hours a week, and collaborating closely with other team members.

Job description

As a Material Services Associate / Forklift operator you will be part of the process that produces high quality parts for our customerincluding completion of our final product. You would be able to choose shifts to work in Material Services Department.

This is a very unique and popular program where associates in the program have the flexibility of choosingshifts through an app in real time.Available Shifts will be communicated to our flexible workforce regularly for each week. The expectation wouldbe to working up to 32 hours per week with at least once per month of the available shifts. Available shifts tochoose from may vary from week to week depending on staffing needs.The available shifts for our flexible workforce to choose from will range from 4 - 10 hours in length:Weekdays - Day , Afternoon or Midnight ShiftWeekend - Day Shift or Sunday Nights.
