Join Jefferson Elora Corporation (JEC) as a Flex Production Associate , where you’ll help produce high‑quality parts for our customers in a modern, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This unique role allows you to choose your shifts in real time through a mobile app , offering exceptional flexibility and work‑life balance.

Flex Production Associates support one or more areas of the production process:

Stamping

• Work with a team to set up and operate stamping machines
• Perform quality checks and monitor for machine issues
• Maintain safe and consistent operation

Robotic Welding

• Operate special‑purpose welding equipment or robotic work cells
• Load and secure parts manually or with a hoist
• Conduct quality inspections
• Report daily production and maintain equipment

Quality Assurance

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Report non‑conformances
• Assist with containment, repair, and supplier/new model inspections

Shift Flexibility

Associates can choose from available shifts weekly:

• Weekdays: Day, Afternoon, or Midnight
• Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): Day shift or Afternoon shift
  Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, with up to 32 hours per week.

Requirements
