Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina, SK seeks an Executive - Sr Management to lead strategic initiatives across fleet management, connectivity, and preventive maintenance. You will drive customer support solutions, implement policies, and coordinate training content for key roles, reporting to the Asset Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a business degree, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and metrics across John Deere standards and internal targets.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and diagnostic capabilities.
• High level of computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Business degree or similar background considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to implement new and innovative solutions to deliver industry leading Customer Support to Brandt and its customers using telematics, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and fleet management.
• Implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures into Brandt fleet management, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and technical communicator groups.
• Develop training curriculum and technical content for the respected positions reporting to the Asset Manager.
• Provide input into Brandt CSA training program in relation to telematics, machine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and fleet management.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for the Brandt Fleet team, Proactive team, Technical Communicators, and CSAs related to connectivity and machine monitoring.
• Meet metrics set forth by Brandt and its customers; ensure tracking and reporting to the appropriate personnel.
