• Strong communication skills with branch personnel
• Excellent diagnostic and diagnostic skills for mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems

Responsibilities

• Evaluate working condition, diagnose, assemble/disassemble, and repair heavy equipment components
• Order parts and use parts catalogs and computer systems to document maintenance
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Assess service task hazards and ensure safe work practices
• Document maintenance, inspection, and diagnosis using computer systems like John Deere Service Advisor
• Lift up to 50 pounds and assist with parts handling as needed
