In the role of Fleet Manager working in Longueuil you will be part of theQuebec Distribution team. You will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations in Quebec, ensuring performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. This includes managing a team and key service contracts to support business and logistics goals.
This position reports to the Director of Distribution and works closely with delivery operations managers and external partners across Quebec.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues,and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on oneconversations.
Shape and implement the fleet strategy for Quebec, focusing on asset lifecycle management, regulatory adherence, and cost efficiency.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations – both preventative and corrective – to ensure optimal uptime for our fleet of heavy and light-duty vehicles, in collaboration with internal mechanics and external service providers.
Manage service contracts with garages across Quebec, including negotiating terms, tracking performance, and ensuring service quality standards are met.
Lead a diverse team of unionized and salaried employees, fostering talent development, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with collective agreements.
Ensure full compliance with Quebec’s transportation, safety, and environmental regulations, working closely with legal and safety teams.
Use data-driven insights – KPIs, telematics, and cost analysis – to drive continuous improvement and support strategic investment decisions.

You have abachelor’s degree in operations management, logistics, engineeringOR equivalent experience.
You have atleast8 years of expertise in Quebec regulatory compliance, service contract negotiation, and mobile asset management.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $86,100.00 - $113,000.00 (posting salary range) + 13% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
