Job summary
Penske is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Calgary to lead diesel technicians, drive maintenance scheduling, and ensure high service quality. You will hire, train, and develop technicians to meet customer expectations while maintaining a safe, efficient shop.
Preferred candidates have 3+ years in fleet maintenance management and 3+ years of team leadership in metric-driven settings. Day shift in Calgary, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of team management in a high‑metrics environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs.
- Ensure quality and safety of Penske assets.
- Control repair, inventory and labor costs.
- Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
- Monitor associate workload and performance.
