Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Garage Foreman to join their team. As a foreman, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the Fleet Maintenance group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical expertise, and a solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

1. Schedule repairs in the garage to ensure timely servicing.
2. Review Preventive Maintenance lists and assure on-time servicing.
3. Generate R.W.O. from the WEB Fleet Assistance computer system.
4. Maintain high productivity of mechanics and supervise the repair process.
5. Consult with mechanics on best practices and diagnose repairs.

What's Needed?

1. 310T License required.
2. Management experience in a mechanical environment.
3. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
4. Computer technology skills to work with fleet management systems.
5. Ability to maintain low levels of vehicles out of service.
