The Fleet Labourer assists the department with the hands-on maintenance, cleaning and organization of vehicles within the garage. The successful incumbent will also be responsible for providing safe and efficient assistance to fleet employees.

Responsibilities

• General hands on tasks to maintain shop cleanliness including garbage removal, and yard clean-up
• Assist mechanics and fleet staff with basic labour tasks
• Assist with Facility Inspections and minor repairs
• Move vehicles and equipment within the yard or worksite
• Load and unload materials, tools and supplies
• Complete other general labour duties as assigned
