Job summary

InnServices, based in Innisfil, Ontario, seeks a Supervisor of Corporate Logistics to lead fleet, metering, and facility programs, ensuring policy compliance and asset management. Qualifications

• Five (5) years’ Supervisory experience in municipal office environment, water or wastewater environment or in an engineering, conservation or environmental agency or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fleet management principles: asset management, business management, financial management, maintenance management, risk management, emergency vehicle maintenance, and vehicle fuel management.
• Familiarity with building automation systems and metering infrastructure considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle and equipment usage, scheduling, and repairs.
• Assist with Capital and Operating budgets.
• Ensure fleet management policies and procedures are followed, including utilization and fuel management.
• Manage preventative maintenance and repair schedules.
• Support initiatives to reduce carbon emissions for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Oversee metering data management and revenue protection activities; ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead training, appraisals, recruitment, development, and retention of team members.
• Oversee security systems and building automation systems.
