Job summary

The Department of Infrastructure is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Inuvik to manage and record maintenance information for GNWT's mobile assets and heavy equipment. You will use an asset maintenance system to ensure accurate data and support economical, high-quality service.

The role reports to the Fleet Manager and requires knowledge of fleet management, data analysis, and relevant software, plus a Diploma with two years of related experience and a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business management or related discipline with two years of experience in data analysis or data management.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management principles.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Record and track maintenance information for GNWT's mobile assets and heavy equipment.
• Maintain accuracy in an asset maintenance system and generate reports.
• Support fleet-related decision making with data insights.
• Collaborate with Fleet Manager and department staff.
