Melanie Lyne Laval in Quebec is seeking a Store Assistant Manager with a passion for fashion and customer service to recruit and lead a winning team that delivers a memorable shopping experience.

You will coach staff on service excellence, product knowledge, promotions and trends; monitor sales targets; support the Store Manager with daily operations, merchandising, receiving, pricing, transfers and store upkeep.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management, sales and customer service position.
• Demonstrate initiative on an on-going basis.
• Strong team building skills.
