Responsabilités

• Label, pick and package prescriptions following SOPs for safe, efficient delivery.
• Generate, review, and verify courier waybills and shipping documents.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements as outlined by governing bodies.
• Maintain inventory and reconcile stock levels and packaging supplies.
• Prepare medications for shipping, including cold chain packing.
• Coordinate delivery services to ensure on-time receipt.
• Monitor fridge temperatures and report variances to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team activities.
• Additional duties as required.

The Opportunity:

The PharmacyClerk is primarily responsible fordispensary duties including prescription processing, picking/packaging, creating waybills and shipping of medications, maintaining inventory, performing cycle counts, ordering, and other duties as required to support the pharmacy team.

The PharmacyClerk is required to work independently under the direction of the Pharmacy Supervisor, as well as within a team. All roles at Sentrexwillbe cross trained as permitted by scope of practice, and youmaybe required to help out inotherareasofthepharmacy when required.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

• Label, pick and packageprescriptions in accordancewith StandardOperating Procedurestoensure supply to patients in asafe,efficient, and accurate manner.
• Generate, review, and verify courier waybills and shipping documentation.
• Adherence toallrelevant guidelines including theestablished StandardOperating Procedures andall applicableregulatory requirements assetout by the ProvincialCollege of Pharmacists.
• Ensuresafe andappropriatestorageof
• Actively contribute totheongoingreview of pharmacy policiesand procedures.
• Inventory managementandreconciliationwhichincludesordering, maintaining,and organizing appropriate inventoryand packaging supplies to support
• Prepare medications for shipping, including packing into cold chain coolers.
• Accuratelyarrange for delivery services/couriers so that prescriptions are received on-time by patients/clinics.
• Monitoring fridge temperatures and reporting any variances directly to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Attends and participates in staff meetings.
• Additional duties as required.

• Ability to perform all technical duties involved in the successful dispensing of medications.
• Ability to perform physical activities required of the role including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
• This position requires a significant degree of self-starting and independence.
• Participation in rotating shifts and weekend schedules are required based on business requirements.

• The anticipated hourly rate hiring range for this role is $19.00 to $22.50 hourly. The final base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, and internal equity.
