marcusdonald.vincere.io partners with a leading North American financial institution to hire a Technical Delivery Manager for Fixed Income technology delivery. You will lead a small, high‑performing team focused on production stability and timely delivery of critical initiatives.

The role requires deep Fixed Income domain knowledge, hands‑on delivery experience, and strong communication across trading desks, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Fixed Income technology delivery or operations.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products and trade lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on with Broadridge Impact / ICI platform.
• Proven experience leading small teams (2–3 people).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Fixed Income technology initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Manage a 2–3 person delivery team with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee production stability and incident management.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across business and technology.
• Build strong relationships with trading desks, operations, and senior leadership.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including Broadridge performance and service delivery.
• Drive planning, execution, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to governance, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.
